There are thousands of activities to do to improve your hand speed, reach, and quickness of your stick handling. I have complied together a series of videos to help you work on aspects of stick handling from professionals and semi-professionals, some of which are the best in the business. Have fun! EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS
Use equipment and things you can find at home. If you don't have pucks, use pop cans or other obstacles to stick handle around. Use boards or other devices as obstacles to complete activities. Some of them show using a stickhandling ball and this might be harder to replace, or try a golf ball, it just has more bounce.
