STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
There are two files included on this page for strength and conditioning from USA Hockey off-ice program. The first page in the document has educational videos explaining the program and emphasing tempo and technique and quality in execution of exercises. All exercises have a video clip to explain the exercise. There is also a dynamic warm-up routine explained and then supplemental videos to explain modifications, regressions, and progressions for different activities in the weekly routine should you need to substitute or change any activities that may to difficult or easy.
The second and third page of the document indicates daily routines to follow for a 5 day per week training regiment. Please do what you can and be safe in your execution of the exercises and activities.
